Ace Hunters Showdown

THE ACE HUNTER SHOWDOWN | HUNTERS LEAGUE

Welcome to The Ace Hunter Showdown, an asymmetric 2v2 Metalstorm tournament hosted by HUNTERS LEAGUE. Test raw stats against tactical teamwork as each team rotates a heavily upgraded "Solo Ace" against a coordinated two-player "Hunter Duo."

1. General Match Settings

• Game Mode: VIP Deathmatch (Custom Match)
• Match Format: Best of 3 Rounds (Bo3)
• Bot Setting: "Fill with bots" MUST be toggled OFF
• Class Ban: Interceptors are globally BANNED for all players across all rounds.

2. Aircraft & Hangar Restrictions

(All participating aircraft MUST be Hangar Level 14 or under)

• Team A (Solo Ace – 1 Active Player):
• Upgrade Level: Level 12 to 16
• Generation Restriction: 3rd & 4th Gen ONLY (4.5 & 5th Gen jets like F-22, F-35, Rafale are strictly banned)
• Team B (Hunters – 2 Active Players):
• Upgrade Level: Level 8 MAX
• Generation Restriction: Any allowed generation up to hangar limits

3. Match Flow (Best of 3)

Both teams field 2 registered players, rotating the active Solo Ace each round:

• Round 1 (1v2 Asymmetric): Team A (Player 1 or 2 as Ace) vs. Team B (Players 1 & 2 as Hunters). Team A Player 2 exits lobby.
• Round 2 (1v2 Asymmetric): Team A (Player 1 & 2 as Hunters) vs. Team B (Players 1 or 2 as Ace). Team B Player 2 exits lobby.
• Round 3 (2v2 Equalized Tiebreaker):
• Triggers if the series is tied 1–1.
• Format: Full 2v2 Priority Target showdown (all 4 players active).
• Equalized Level: ALL 4 players must use aircraft capped at Upgrade Level 11 to 14

4. Tournament Logistics & Rules

• No Spectators in Lobby: Inactive players must leave the Custom Lobby to avoid occupying player slots.
• Blind Pick Protocol: Both teams must submit their choice of plane while registering. Aircraft choices are locked once submitted.
• Score Verification: The winning team must upload a post-match scoreboard screenshot to #score-submission to confirm round advancement.
