Tournament creation is open to everyone! No application required to get started.
If you’re interested in unlocking additional features such as prizing, in-game Pins, and access to Bronze/Silver/Gold event tiers, you can submit an application to be considered for the Partnered Organizer program.
Please note that capacity for the program is limited, and not all applicants will be accepted. In some cases, organizers may be invited to participate in trial events as part of the evaluation process.
If your application is selected for further review, our team may reach out via Discord to learn more and discuss next steps.
Partnered organizers may gain access to additional features such as monetization tools, eligibility for prize pool support, in-game Pins (including Contributor and Winner's Pins), and a 10% share of Pin sales from their events.
Please note that certain benefits, including prize pool support, are not guaranteed and may vary by event.
Starter-tier tournaments are designed for growth and experience, and do not include prizing, Pin rewards, or revenue sharing.

Pins are distributed automatically through the platform for Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier tournaments to partnered organizers whose tournaments are accepted. These features are not currently available to starter organizers.
Contributor Pins are granted immediately after purchase and are accessible in one of two ways:
- Via the email associated with your account where the voucher link will be displayed
- On your Matcherino Profile under the “Items” section, where you can copy the voucher link and paste it into any browser to redeem
Winner's Pins are awarded after the tournament is finalized

Winners receive their payouts instantly upon event finalization for any prizepool hosted on Matcherino. They may cash out their winnings through PayPal or to a bank account within their user profile.
The Winner Pin will be automatically rewarded after an event has finalized.
Yes! Starter-tier access is open to everyone, with no application required.
Upon the competition of three or more successful starter-tier events, organizers are eligible to apply for the Partnered Organizer program on the Brawl Stars Partnership page.
Please note that applications are accepted on a rolling basis subject to regional capacity, and not all applicants will be accepted.
If accepted into the Partnered Organizer program, prospective partners will have to complete a minimum two month trial process and evaluation period. Trial periods are judgement based and you are not guaranteed acceptance into the program at the end of your trial.
Upon starting a bracket all players will receive an in-game invite to their match.
Players must ensure their in-game player tag matches the player tag they have connected on Matcherino, otherwise they will not receive their invite.
Players must not silence in-game match invites, and should avoid joining any outside games or lobbies throughout the duration of the tournament.
Match results will be recorded automatically. In the event of any issues an organizer may manually submit the results of a match.
Players are walked through all requirements when they attempt to join your events. Requirements include team signups, attaching a Supercell account, and fulfilling any optional requirements set by the organizer.
Optional requirements may include custom form questions and Discord joins. Team captains are responsible for inviting their teammates to the tournament as well as checking in their team.
Yes! Using our custom entry forms, organizers may provide a link to their Discord server and our system will verify players have joined before allowing them into the tournament.
Players may also send messages and request admin assistance using the Call Admin button from directly within their bracket match, no Discord needed!
Unfortunately not. Prize pool funds are strictly reserved for the winners of the event. Misuse will result in funds being frozen and immediate removal from the program.
However, Partnered Organizers earn a 10% share of pin sales, which can be used to help offset event costs.
Starter-tier organizers can run as many tournaments as they’d like. There’s no limit and it’s a great way to grow experience and your community.
However, Partnered tournaments (which include prize pools and pins) are limited based on availability each month, depending on overall event volume and scheduling as well as region.
