Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up for the Brawl Stars Partner Program?

Tournament creation is now open to everyone! No application required to get started!

If you’d like to unlock prizing, in-game pins, and access to Bronze/Silver/Gold event tiers, you can apply here to become a Partnered Organizer.

Once you apply, our team will reach out via Discord to schedule a short review and onboarding session.

What are the program benefits?

Partnered organizers unlock access to monetization, Supercell-sponsored prize pools, contribution matching, exclusive in-game pins, and a 10% share of all pin sales from their events.

Starter-tier tournaments are meant for growth and experience, and do not offer prizing, pin rewards, or revenue sharing.

See the full list of benefits in the Brawl Stars Partner Guidelines.

How do I get Matcherino Pins for my events?

Pins are automatically distributed within two weeks.

How do winners receive their prizes?

Winners receive their payouts instantly upon event finalization. They may cash out their winnings through PayPal or to a bank account within their user profile.

The Winner Pin will be automatically rewarded within two weeks after an event has finalized.

Can organizers still join the program?

Yes! Starter-tier access is open to everyone, no application is needed.

If you’d like to unlock prize pools, pin rewards, and monetization tools, you can apply to become a Partnered Organizer at any time.

How does automated bracketing work?

Upon starting a bracket all players will receive an in-game invite to their match.

Players must ensure their in-game player tag matches the player tag they have connected on Matcherino, otherwise they will not receive their invite.

Players must not silence in-game match invites, and should avoid joining any outside games or lobbies throughout the duration of the tournament.

Match results will be recorded automatically. In the event of any issues an organizer may manually submit the results of a match.

How do players join my events?

Players are walked through all requirements when they attempt to join your events. Requirements include team signups, attaching a Supercell account, and fulfilling any optional requirements set by the organizer.

Optional requirements may include password entry, custom form questions, and Discord joins. Team captains are responsible for inviting their teammates to the tournament as well as checking in their team.

Can I require players join my Discord server?

Yes! Using our custom entry forms, organizers may provide a link to their Discord server and our system will verify players have joined before allowing them into the tournament.

Players may also send messages and request admin assistance using the Call Admin button from directly within their bracket match, no Discord needed!

Can I use prize pool funds to cover costs?

Unfortunately not. Prize pool funds are strictly reserved for the winners of the event. Misuse will result in funds being frozen and immediate removal from the program.

However, Partnered Organizers earn a 10% share of pin sales, which can be used to help offset event costs.

How many events can organizers run?

Starter-tier organizers can run as many tournaments as they’d like. There’s no limit and it’s a great way to grow experience and your community.

However, Partnered tournaments (which include prize pools and pins) are limited based on availability each month, depending on overall event volume and scheduling as well as region.
