If a match has not started in that given time window we reserve the right to disqualify both teams for being late. -If you don&#39;t have an opponent, please check the brackets. Don&#39;t make tickets without checking them yourself, it will overload the tickets. -If you see that your opponents aren&#39;t playing Round 1, just wait (we have to process all tickets before making double eliminations). People opening such tickets will be warned and may receive bigger punishments for slowing the process. -Only open one ticket per team at the same time. The second one will be immediately closed. -Be respectful, don&#39;t spam ping admins. We are working on the tickets opened before you, please wait your turn. -Keep the tickets in English  -Tickets in the wrong section won&#39;t be looked at -If you open a ticket you agree that you have read these rules, the Matcherino Guidelines and Supercell TOS. Any people who violate them may and will be punished.
