Verify your check-in
To see if you have checked in correctly, just go to the participant list and look for your team:
If there is nothing next to the name ➔ you have not checked in
If it has a green tick ➔ your team is ready to play.
If it has a red tick ➔ your team has checked in and is on the waitlist.

Contact the staff
To contact the staff you will have to open tickets in our discord server
Here's what to contact us for:
- Enemies do not show up within 10 minutes of match creation ➔ Free Win
- Someone leaves during the draft ➔ Dodge (set loss)
- Other reasons (example: use a banned brawler) or for other problems
New Rules!!
1.If your team has a power 11 bug send us a screenshot on discord, tell us your seeding and we will reset the set.
2.If somebody disconnects in draft, send us a screenshot on discord, tell us your seeding and we will give out a set win.
3.If you Insult ANY admin you will get disqualified from the tournament.
4.EVERY ROUND NEEDS A READY UP! If you get dq its your own fault :).
5.If you dont get an invite after both teams are ready message us and we will restart the set.
Registration
You must register with a team in order to be placed in the bracket or waitlist if applicable. All team members must be present by the tournament start time to ensure participation in the event. Team invites must be accepted in order for a player to count towards your team.
Check In
Tournaments with a Check In Start time listed in the overview require team captains to check in their team. Failing to check your team in prior to the tournament start time may disqualify you from the event.
Bans
Power League format has an in-game pick and ban phase, each team banning up to three Brawlers.
Normal format has an optional double blind ban phase. Team captains may ban up to two Brawlers using a ban selection menu which appears in the Matcherino bracket upon start of the ban phase.
Matches
An in-game match invite will be sent upon the start of your match. To ensure you successfully receive your invite, please adhere to the following:
- Your Brawl Stars player tag linked on Matcherino is the same as your Brawl Stars player tag in-game.
- Exit all games and lobbies not associated with the tournament prior to starting.
- Make sure Do Not Disturb is disabled and do not mute the in-game match notification.
- Players are responsible for their own connection to the game. Players should resolve any issues that may arise before starting a game.
- Teams have five ~5 minutes to join the lobby and ready up. Teams that take significantly longer will have a risk of receiving penalties up to a match loss.
