The following are strictly prohibited:
- Cheats, hacks, or exploits
- Third-party software affecting gameplay
- Account sharing
- Match fixing
- Bribery
Any attempt to manipulate the competitive integrity of the tournament may result in a permanent ban from all future YF7 Tournaments events after investigation.
23.1 Boosting, Cheats & Account Sharing Procedure
YF7 Tournaments takes all reports related to boosting, cheating, account sharing, impersonation, or any other integrity violation very seriously.
However, due to the need for proper verification and to avoid incorrect competitive rulings during an ongoing event, YF7 Tournaments staff will not issue a disqualification during the tournament solely on the basis of a player report.
During the tournament
- Players may submit evidence through a Discord ticket.
- Evidence may include screenshots, videos, player tags, match numbers, or any relevant information.
- Staff may collect and review the evidence, but the reported team will generally be allowed to continue playing unless an immediate and undeniable violation is directly confirmed by the tournament administration.
After the tournament
- All collected evidence may be forwarded to Matcherino for further investigation.
- YF7 reserves the right to request sanctions from Matcherino based on the evidence provided.
- Any future participation restrictions or additional actions may be considered after the investigation is completed.
Submitting false, manipulated, or misleading evidence is itself considered a serious offense and may lead to sanctions against the reporting player or team.
Important Notice Regarding Disqualification Requests
Please note that repeatedly insisting, pressuring, or demanding the immediate disqualification of a team through Discord tickets is unnecessary and will not change the outcome.
YF7 staff cannot disqualify a team during the tournament solely based on a report submitted by another participant. Our role is to collect the evidence, review it, and, if appropriate, forward it to Matcherino after the tournament has ended.
We ask all participants to remain calm, respectful, and patient when submitting reports. Spamming tickets, arguing with staff, or repeatedly requesting a disqualification will not accelerate the process and may lead to disciplinary action if the behavior becomes abusive.
SECTION XI - RULE CHANGES
24. Amendments
YF7 Tournaments reserves the right to:
- Modify
- Remove
- Add
- Clarify
any rule in this document when necessary for tournament integrity or operational reasons.
