Registration:

You have to sign up as a team (EMEA only). All team members must be present at the tournament start time to ensure their participation in the event.

Check In:

Team captains are expected to check in their team right here on the Matcherino Tournament Page. If you do not check in your team before the event starts you may be dsqualified from the tournament. Check-In opens 1 hour (60 minutes) before the start of the tournament.

Ready Up

When the tournament starts all the team members have to ready up before every match-up on Matcherino. If there is a problem with this, make sure to call an admin.

Format:

The events are run following the Power League format in a single elimination bracket. This means that if you lose, you are out. Prize pool is divided under the winning team members. There will be a maximum of 6 rounds and the tournament will be finished in 1 day. Every round will be a Best of 3 in Sets and a Best of 3 per Set. Only the Finals are a Best of 5 in Sets and a Best of 3 per Set. The gamemode will be randomly picked between 2 modes for each set. The map for the gamemode will be picked randomly from the undermentioned map pool.

Sets:

Set 1 - Brawl Ball, Hot Zone

Set 2 - Gem Grab, Knockout

Set 3 - Bounty, Heist

Set 4 - Brawl Ball, Gem Grab, Bounty (Only Finals)

Set 5 - Hot Zone, Knockout, Heist (Only Finals)

Map Pool:

The Map Pool is the same as the BSC 2022 Map Pool

Brawl Ball - Super Beach, Pinhole Punt, Sneaky Fields

Hot Zone - Dueling Beetles, Open Zone, Ring of Fire

Gem Grab - Hard Rock Mine, Double Swoosh, Crystal Arcade

Knockout - Goldarm Gulch, Belle's Rock, Out in the Open

Bounty - Layer Cake, Shooting Star, Canal Grande

Heist - Pit Stop, Safe Zone, Bridge Too Far

Bans:

Power League format has an in-game pick and ban phase; each team bans three Brawlers. THe opponent's bans are not visible until each team has banned three Brawlers. So there is a possibility that only three Brawlers are banned because each team chose the same bans. The maximum number of banned Brawlers is six.

Dodging:

Dodging (disconnecting during the draft) is against the rules! If the enemies dodge, take a screenshot and send it on the discord. Make sure to tag the Event Staff.

1st dodge = Warning

2nd dodge = Set loss

3rd dodge = DQ from the tournament
