IMPORTANT NOTES:
This tournament designed for the SESA region and will be played on the Singapore (Singapore) server. Teams residing outside the SESA region may not participate, and will be disqualified for doing so.

Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Thailand, Timor-Leste,
Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.
Participants are free to compete in either region's qualifiers if they wish to do so, however any connection issues they face are at their own liability.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Teams may only join one (1) Open Qualifier per day. You may register for EITHER the SEA or SA Open Qualifier for the day.
Teams that are registered in both the SEA & SA Open Qualifiers concurrently will be removed from both Tournaments upon check-in.
You MUST join the Discord server (https://discord.gg/CGCEE48rnV) to be able to contact admins for help during the tournament. All tournament announcements will go through Discord.

Check-in opens 2 HOURS before the start of the tournament. You will have 60 minutes to check-in.
Teams MUST ready up for each match on Matcherino. Teams that take longer than 10 minutes to ready will be disqualified.
Tournament Summary
The Road to Brawl Cup SESA is a third-party, officially sanctioned event providing the SESA region a pathway to qualify for the prestigious mid-year capstone event, the Brawl Cup.
The Road to Brawl Cup SESA consists of 4 stages:
- Open Qualifiers
- Regional Leagues
- Regional League Finals
- Decider Playoffs
This tournament (Open Qualifier) is the first stage of the Road to Brawl Cup SESA. There are 4 Open Qualifiers available to join for each of the SEA and SA subregions.
Open Qualifier Format
- Single Elimination Bracket
- Best-of-three (3) Sets Matches
- Limited to 216 Teams Participating per Open Qualifier
- Top 2 teams advance to the Regional League
Note: If your team has already qualified for a Regional League, your team will not be allowed to participate.
Check In / Start Time
This tournament begins at 7:00 PM SGT on Feb 19th. Check in begins at 5:00 PM SGT and runs until 6:00 PM SGT. You must check in during this time.
Match Readiness
Teams must ready for each match on Matcherino. Teams taking longer than 10 minutes to ready will be disqualified by the system.
Please report any no-shows to the Admin on Discord, and we will assist you.
In the event both teams do not ready up after 20 minutes, the Administrator will disqualify both teams.

The RTBC will use an identical map pool to the BSC:
Bounty: Shooting Star, Layer Cake, Hideout
Brawl Ball: Super Beach, Pinhole Punt, Sneaky Fields
Gem Grab: Hard Rock Mine, Double Swoosh, Deathcap Trap
Heist: Hot Potato, Safe Zone, Bridge Too Far
Hot Zone: Dueling Beetles, Ring of Fire, Open Business
Knockout: Belle's Rock, Goldarm Gulch, Out in the Open

Eligibility
Players must be 16+ years old to participate.
Only players from the SESA Region may participate.

The administrators reserve the right to investigate and disqualify any teams suspected of participating from outside these countries.
Match Readiness
Teams must ready for each match on Matcherino. Select your match in the bracket and press the Ready button to ready for the match. Teams taking longer than 10 minutes to ready will be disqualified.
Registration
You must register with a team in order to be placed in the bracket or waitlist if applicable. All team members must be present by the tournament start time to ensure participation in the event. Team invites must be accepted in order for a player to count towards your team.
Registrations close at 5PM SGT, 19th Feb. Please register early to ensure admins can assist you with any issues!
Check In
Tournaments with a Check In Start time listed in the overview require team captains to check in their team. Failing to check your team in prior to the tournament start time may disqualify you from the event.
Draft
This tournament will be played on the Power Match format.
Power Match format has an in-game pick and ban phase, each team banning up to three Brawlers.
Disconnecting during the draft will result in an immediate set loss for the team whose player disconnected.
Matches
An in-game match invite will be sent upon the start of your match. To ensure you successfully receive your invite, please adhere to the following:
- Your Brawl Stars player tag linked on Matcherino is the same as your Brawl Stars player tag in-game.
- Exit all games and lobbies not associated with the tournament prior to starting.
- Make sure Do Not Disturb is disabled and do not mute the in-game match notification.
Results
Match results are automatically recorded.
Support
The RTBC SESA Discord server (https://discord.gg/CGCEE48rnV) will be the primary platform for requests of competition support from the Administrators.
Support Tickets
Participants should create support tickets whenever they need assistance from the Administrators. The ticketing system is the sole channel for requesting support and must be used respectfully - spam and inappropriate language are not permitted.
Response Times
During match day hours, any tickets created at this time will be
responded to as soon as possible. However, during the early
rounds where the number of participants is very high, delays can
be expected. Outside of match day hours, tickets will be
responded to within forty eight (48) hours.
