Games must be played on the following settings:<ul><li>99 Second Timer</li><li>2 Rounds</li><li>The winner of any given game in a set may not swap characters. The loser of any given game may swap.</li></ul>Connection Rules: This tournament is NA focused. Your ping to any given player must not exceed 150ms and 3 rollback frames if within NA. Non-NA players will have to submit a test result on <a href="https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat</a> and must have an A rating or better, as well as be located reasonably close to the US (western EU, Mexico and South America). We encourage exchanging info between your bracket opponent of where in the world you are generally located so you can determine if a connection test will be needed. If your connection is consistently too poor and falls outside of acceptable numbers, you may be DQ&#39;d if this can be proven to happen against more than one player. If a what a good connection is cannot be agreed upon by either player, please ask for a TO&#39;s assistance and we will decide on a case by case basis.PAYOUT INFORMATION!!Top 3 performances will be paid out in this proportion:<ul><li>1st: 50% split</li><li>2nd: 30% split</li><li>3rd: 20% split</li></ul>
