👤 HOW TO REGISTER

1. After creating an account for Matcherino, click Join Tournament above.
2. It will prompt you to enter payment info for the entry fee of $5 usd, all of which adds to the prize pool 
3. Join the Tournament Discord Server ( https://discord.gg/j3ganUHTED ). GregorytheGrey is the main admin to message with any questions, or you can address your concerns to the #Help n Questions channel
4. IMPORTANT

Players are expected to submit deck codes via this google form ( https://forms.gle/uWXiYywhcYh2efDj6 ), the last submission at the tournament start

time will be used and considered the legal lineup. Contact the tournament admin if you have issues submitting through the form

🎮 TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Continuous rounds of Single Elimination, Best of Three matches, ETERNAL Format (the format used by the Riot Opens, three decks, no matching region combinations, one deck with no champions allowed, no one champion shared between decks, one ban)

Number of rounds is contingent on player turnout, some players may get a free win in round 1 if the number of players does not follow an even tournament schema.

For each round, players will be allowed a grace period of 12 minutes from when the match is ready to reach out to their opponent, and or make their presence known. If a player has reached out to their opponent and not heard from them after 12 minutes, the matter will be investigated, and if the opponent has not reached out or made themselves known, then the missing player will be dropped from the tournament and the present player will get a free match win.

🏆 PRIZE POOL ~$100+ Top 8 Payout

The prize pool is funded from 100% of entries, so it will amount to 5$ per person. Any player who receives a prize will get at least the entry fee back, with the remainder being divided roughly as follows.

1st: 40% of the pool

2nd: 20% of the pool

3/4th: 10% of the pool each

5-8th: 5% of the pool each

Please note, these are approximate numbers. For instance, if we get less than 20 players (meaning a 100$ prize pool) then 3/4th may get less than a 10% cut to ensure every prized participant will get at least their entry fee back.

The bracket will be viewable on this page after the tournament starts.

If you wish to leave the tournament before it begins and receive a refund, please contact either Gregory the Grey before the tournament's start time. After round 1 starts, no refunds will be processed.
