 After speaking with the community, gathering feedback and considering the healthiest option for a competitive environment, we have created the following 3 Rule Sets for our Fortnite Solos Tournament. This event is set to run with RULESET #1.

In the case any difficulties that are out of our control (including but not limited to: problems with epic servers concerning custom matchmaking, arena mode or solo mode, use of custom matchmaking code, and others), the tournament RULE SET will be changed to RULE SET #2 or RULE SET #3, depending on the current options available to organizers.  This is a preemptive option we’ve created and share before-hand in order to maintain transparency, control and organization of the event.  All of the RULE SETS will follow the same FORMAT, RULES and TERMS & CONDITIONS

 RULESET #1 - SOLOS ARENA CUSTOM

* Players will queue up to play 10 games in a Custom / Private Match in Arena Mode.

* Arena Mode will provide Syphon (gaining 50 health/shield per elimination), while not having ai bots in the map.

RULESET #2 - REGULAR SOLOS CUSTOMS

* Players will queue up to play their 10 games in a Custom / Private Match in Regular Solo Mode.

The game will auto-fill all the remaining spots with ai bots

 RULESET #3 - SOLOS ARENA ONLINE

  * Players will queue up to play their 10 games in Online Solos Arena Mode.

* Arena Mode will provide Syphon (gaining 50 health/shield per elimination), while not having ai bots in the map

* If Solos Arena isn’t available, then Regular Solos will be the next option.

FORTNITE SOLOS TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

* This is a Fortnite Solos Online Tournament.

* There will be a minimum of 40 Players for the event, and a Max of 60 players. Max number may change depending on the demand.

* All participants will compete in 10 consecutive rounds at the same time.

* Each Participant will be divided into 1 of 6 different groups: Group 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. (More if Max Amount of Players were to increase)

* Each group will consist of 10 Players Total 

* A Discord Room will be created for each individual group.

* Each player will be required to be present at their discord groups 30 minutes before the event starts.

* The Custom Code will be provided in the discord groups. You must NOT share this code with anyone outside the event, as this will delay event launch if numbers aren’t even.

* After the end of each game, each player is responsible for taking a screenshot of their final score statistics (Match Stats) where we can see the position the person placed and the total kills.

* Each participant must share the screenshot in their respective Discord Group.

* Failure to share this screenshot will result in 0 points for that round.

* Sending a fake screenshot, a screenshot taken in the past, or a screenshot from a game that was not played in the tournament will result in an instant DQ and perma ban from future events.

Points for each round will be awarded accordingly:

* Victory Royale = 10 points

* 2nd - 5th = 7 Points

* 6th - 10th = 5 Points

* 11 - 15th = 3 Points

* Eliminations = 1 Point earned for each elimination

* After all participants finish playing the 10 games, a final standings list will be created to determine the winning players according to their final points.

* On the event of a tie in final points, the winner will be determined by the following tiebreakers:

#1 Total Points Scored

#2 Total Victory Royales in the Session (10 games)

#3 Average Eliminations per session (10 games)

#4 Average placement per match in the session (10 games)

#5 Coin Flip

RULES + TERMS & CONDITIONS

When registering for this event you agree and acknowledge that you read and understand these rules + terms and conditions.

* Event will be held Saturday, 11th of October from 12:00pm to 10:00pm

* The last day of Registration is [TBA]

* This is an online tournament. Participants are allowed to play on the platform of their choice.

* Participants are responsible for their equipment and network connection during the tournament.

* Tournament Organizers may re-do a round if at least 1/3rd of the lobby fails to log into a match. Less than this amount will not qualify for a match remake.

* Participants may stream if they desire, but they must have a minimum 5 minute delay.

* The tournament cap is 60 players. This may be increased based on demand, but we make no promises. So, REGISTER EARLY!

* Exploiting Glitches / Using Game Changing Scripts / Cheating in any way (Aimbot, going in or through walls & floors, shooting through walls & floors, etc.) is not allowed. If we find you're exploiting game glitches or cheating in any way, you will be disqualified and removed from the tournament without any prior warning. (No refund or credit) 

* Failure to follow Rules + Terms & Conditions could result in disqualification from the tournament without the right for refund. It is your responsibility to read and understand all rules + terms & conditions.

GENERAL: The rules may be updated and modified at any time, for any reason. Rulings may be made outside the scope of these Rules in order to preserve fair play and tournament integrity. Participation in this Tournament constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules, the Official Rules on the Prize tab, and Tournament Official decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this tournament. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
