Galaxy League: Nations

🇺🇸 Rules: 

- In the RS Galaxy of Nations, each team must have a minimum roster of 5 players and a maximum of 10.

- Captains and Co-Captains must be on the Discord server.

- All league games will be played according to each captain and by link, only those where the organization believes that they are of great interest will be played by club and cast.

- There is no rematch due to loss of connection.

- The game will start promptly at the agreed time. If a team is 10 minutes late it will be W.O.

- If there is a banned card in the deck, but it is not used (the ban will not be counted)

- Any lack of respect or insult will be sanctioned with 1 game.

- The change of name of the players in the game must be notified no more than 2 hours before the game, if not, that player will not be able to play and if he does, it will be the game won for the rival. (It is understood as a name change if it is something totally different from the previous one, it does not apply to name changes when the change is for aesthetics.)

- If a player plays a game and is not on the roster, that team will lose the game. It is the captain's responsibility to be aware of his team.

 Rules in the Club: 

- The matches by club, the roster will be sent with the ban 10 minutes before the time established to the referee. Whoever did not send it will not have the right to ban. If no roster is submitted prior to game time, that team will be given a W.O.

- The local team starts sending the game and then alternately. (the referee will be in charge of this)

- Players will have 2 minutes to send/accept match, otherwise point for the rival.

- The BM is not allowed in the game (only text phrases are allowed at the start of the match) Whoever violates this rule will receive a warning, the second will be 1 game penalty. IMPORTANT, this rule will only be for matches played by club.

- Spam is not allowed within the club chat.

🇪🇸 Reglas:

- En la RS Galaxy of Nations cada equipo deberá de tener un roster mínimo de 5 jugadores y un máximo de 10.

- Los capitanes y cocapitanes deben estar en el servidor de discord.

- Todos los partidos de la liga se jugarán de acuerdo a cada capitán y por link, solo en aquellos donde la organización crea que son de gran interés se harán por club y casteados.

- No hay rematch por pérdida de conexión.

- El partido comenzara puntualmente a la hora acordada. Si un equipo se retrasa 10 minutos será W.O.

- Si hay una carta baneada en el mazo, pero no se usa (no se contará el ban)

- Cualquier falta de respeto o insulto será sancionada con 1 partido.

- Se tiene que notificar el cambio de nombre de los jugadores en el juego como máximo 2 horas antes del partido, de no hacerlo ese jugador no podrá jugar y si lo hace será partido ganado para el rival. (Se entiende como cambio de nombre si es algo totalmente distinto al anterior, no se aplica a cambios de nombre cuando el cambio sea por estética.)

- Si un jugador juega un partido y no está en roster, ese equipo perderá el partido. Es responsabilidad del capitán estar al tanto de su equipo.

Normas en el Club:

- Los partidos por club, el roster se enviará con el ban 10 minutos antes de la hora establecida al árbitro. Quien no lo envié no tendrá derecho a banear. Si antes de la hora del partido no se envía ningún roster, se le dará W.O a ese equipo.

- Empieza mandando partido el equipo local y luego de forma alterna. (el arbitro ser encargará de esto)

- Los jugadores tendrán 2 minutos para enviar/aceptar partido, de lo contrario punto para el rival. 

- No se permite el BM en partida (solo se permite frases de texto al inicio del partido) Quien incumpla esta regla recibirá una amonestación, a la segunda será 1 partido de sanción. IMPORTANTE, esta regla solo será para partidos jugados por club.

- No está permitido el spam dentro del chat del club.
