👤 HOW TO REGISTER

1. After creating an account, click Join Tournament above.
2. It will prompt you to enter payment info for the entry fee of $20 usd, $18 of which goes towards the prize pool, while $2 of of it goes to registration fees
3. Then 
4. Join our Discord Server ( https://discord.gg/Zn2yAtggYP ). We'll be coordinating matches in the Tournaments section and assisting players there. Gregory the Grey#2657 is the main admin to message with any questions, or you can address your concerns to the #Help channel in that section. There is also a "Competitive Tournament Team" role you can obtain from the #Roles channel to ensure you get pinged for all tournament related announcements
5. IMPORTANT

Players are expected to submit deck codes via this google form ( https://forms.gle/nMbVn1acrdxa64GS7 ), the last submission at the tournament start time will be used and considered the legal lineup. Contact the tournament admin if you have issues submitting through the form

🎮 TOURNAMENT FORMAT

4+ rounds of Swiss, Best of Three matches, ETERNAL Format (the format used by the month's Riot Opens, three decks, no matching region combinations, one deck with no champions allowed, no one champion shared between decks, one ban)

17-32 Players = 5 rounds of swiss

33-64 Players = 6 rounds of swiss

65-128 Players = 7 rounds of swiss

The swiss rounds are followed by a top cut to Top 8. The top cut bracket is single elimination, Best of three matches played with the same decks.

For the swiss rounds, players will be allowed a grace period of 10 minutes from the start of each round to reach out to their opponent, and or make their presence known. If a player has reached out to their opponent and not heard from them after 10 minutes, the matter will be investigated, and if the opponent has not reached out or made themselves known, then the missing player will be disqualified and the present player will get a free match win.

🏆 $1000+ PRIZE POOL Top 8 Payout

The prize pool is at a minimum $1000 USD split between top 8. For each player's entry, $18.00 goes towards the prize pool, and $2 as a registration fee. This means, if a tournament gets more than 55 participants, then for each extra person, there is an additional $18 added to the prize pool.

1st: 40% of the pool

2nd: 20% of the pool

3/4th: 10% of the pool each

5-8th: 5% of the pool each

Additionally, players who place 9th-16th will get 200 coins added to their account!

The bracket will be viewable on this page after the tournament starts.

If you wish to leave the tournament before it begins and receive a refund, please contact either Gregory the Grey or Jason Fleurant before the tournament's start time. After round 1 starts, no refunds will be processed.
