The Ohio StarCraft League SUPER 2
The Ohio StarCraft League is proud to announce the second OSL SUPER tournament. Unlike the OSL monthlies, the SUPER tournament will be held on a Saturday, allowing more time for travel for out of region players. The event will hopefully also offer a much higher prize pool then the OSL monthlies. All games in the tournament will be played at Game Arena, a LAN center in Columbus, Ohio.
You must check-in to the tournament between 12-1p.m.
Tournament matches will begin around 1:15 p.m.
The cost of the tournamnet is $20 total, with $10 going towards the prize pool and $10 going towards Game Arena (the venue)

The format of the tournament will be round robin pools into a a final bracket. The size of the pools and the style of final bracket (single elim or double elim) will depend on the amount of entrants. The fewer entrants, the longer we will try to make the tournament, so everyone gets plenty of sets. Most sets will be Bo3, with Finals being Bo5 (possibly Winners Finals, Losers Finals, and Grands)
Striking:
For Bo1:
- The higher seeded player will ban the first stage
- The lower seeded player bans a stage
- The higher seeded player bans a stage
- The lower seeded player bans a stage
- The higher seeded player bans a stage
- The lower seeded player bans a stage
- The last map will be where game one is played
For Bo3:
- The higher seeded player will ban the first stage
- The lower seeded player bans a stage
- The higher seeded player bans a stage
- The lower seeded player bans a stage
- The higher seeded player chooses where the first game will be played
- The lower seeded player chooses where the second game will be played
- The last map will be where game three is played
For Bo5:
- The higher seeded player will ban the first stage
- The lower seeded player bans a stage
- The higher seeded player chooses where the first game will be played
- The lower seeded player chooses where the second game will be played
- The higher seeded player chooses where the third game will be played
- The lower seeded player chooses where the fourth game will be played
- The last map will be where game five is played
