tl;dr
-Not exceeded 5700 MMR since 01.01.2019
-Never exceeded 6000 MMR
-Never made money in a *Premier* SC2 event (WCS, etc)
-BM can result in DQ or map penalties
-Forfeiting 2 games in group stage causes all your games to become forfeits.
-If you forfeit the Playoffs without notifying an admin sufficiently beforehand, you may not be allowed to play the next season.
Also, smurfing is a really, really bad idea and will not only get you banned from passioncraft permanently, but also from several other tournaments. We also routinely apply for a league-wide OSC ban for any players caught smurfing.
