The Grit &amp; Glory League is a &#34;soft&#34; franchise league system. The league is divided into three levels or divisions:<ul><li>The Golden Spark</li><li>The Silver Dynamos</li><li>The Brass Bearings</li></ul>Participating teams in the upper two levels choose a &#34;franchise&#34; to compete under for the season and can opt to carry over that franchise into future seasons as well.At the end of each season, there are playoffs for prizes or to see which teams get promoted up the leagues while the bottom two teams are relegated to the lower divisions.
