Game Preparations
Please resolve any problems that might occur before a match starts. Connection or hardware problems during a match could lead to disqualification by admins.
Rule Enforcement
The rules are a guideline and the decisions by admins may differ from them depending on the circumstances. The tournament administration may change these rules at any time without prior notice. All participants in this tournament additionally agree to adhere to the official Blizzard TOS, In-Game Code of Conduct, as well as the Social Contract. In the event of one or more of these rulesets conflicting, the rules in this document will take precedence.

Technically PVP reserves the right to disqualify players on occasions such as, but not limited to:
- Abuse
- Deliberately causing delay
- Failure to show
- Failure to respond
- Failure to comply with instructions
- Breach of the rules
Game Account
In order to participate in the Tournament, you must have a full Blizzard Battle.net account with an active World of Warcraft subscription in your own name. You must be the same individual who has registered and owns the Battle.net account.
Timing and tardiness
Round length
A Shuffle Wargame (match) is composed of six(6) engagements.
Players will be given 3 minutes to prepare before the wargame starts.
Tardiness
Please contact a tournament organizer if you are temporarily delayed from playing.
In the case of a player being unable to join in a timely manner, they forfeit that round and will be designated 0-6. All other players will be designated with a 3-3.
A grace period of 3 minutes will be granted after the first engagement is forfeit. If the player is still unable to participate, they will be disqualified from the tournament.
End of Round procedure
Qualifier Rounds - Admins will record the wins and losses of each player. The top two(2) healers and top four(4) DPS will be selected for the Grand Finals.
Tournament admins reserve the right to request an engagement be replayed if deemed necessary.
Damage Done and Healing Done will be used to break any win-loss ties.
Match Rules
Match Start
The matches will occur on-broadcast. A tournament admin will help you set up the wargame. No additional action on your part will be necessary.
Lobbies will be announced once check-in is complete. Number of rounds to be played will be decided based on the number of players and the time allotted for the tournament. If organizers cannot afford a full round-robin number of lobbies to have every player play each other, the fairest possible number of lobbies will be selected with randomness of players to provide a fair outcome of win-losses to generate the grand finals lobby.
Map Selection And Composition Declaration
Teams will not select their map choice. Admins will randomly select maps from the available list for shuffle

Screenshots
Recommend taking your own screenshots for recordkeeping purposes and should you wish to dispute any Tournament Admin decisions.
All match media (screenshots, demos, etc) must be kept for at least 7 days. Faking or manipulating match media is forbidden and will result in a permanent ban from all future Technically PVP tournaments.
Disconnects
If a player disconnects, you are not eligible for a rematch. If you are experiencing network difficulties or other issues, please leave before the doors open. Players who intentionally quit an engagement after the doors have opened will automatically concede the engagement.
Game Restarts
A match can be restarted as long as players leave before the doors open. After doors open, a match can only be restarted with prior admin approval. Please contact an admin to receive approval.
Forfeits
Participants can choose to forfeit a match if they wish. Forfeiting will result in loss of the match (see above in Tardiness section) and possibly additional penalties, including prize reduction or removal.
Protests
The opposing player has 10 minutes to protest the report. Match protests must include match media evidence clearly showing the results of the match/series. Players are responsible for providing proof of match results in case of disputes.
No Show
Same as with Tardiness, a player failing to compete in the tournament will be disqualified, and all games they would have played will be designated 0-6 and their opponents 3-3.
Streaming / Broadcasting
If players wish to stream their games, they must do so with a 30 second delay and to take precautions to avoid outside assistance by their viewers. Players who are found to be sniping Technically PVP's broadcast or individual players’ streams will be disqualified from the event. Players are not allowed to use Twitch chat, Discord, or any other form of communication to give or receive advice during a match. We request you include #TechPVPTournament in your title for the duration of your broadcast.
General / Code of Conduct
Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner with Admins, Talent and other players in the game and in the Discord. Anyone found not being respectful with other people can be disqualified from competing in our tournaments.
