About

This Pro League will be held in 2 months between teams where there will be several modes.

Our goal is to raise the prize fund to expand the influence of the League and attract potentially new players/spectators.

Official Rules of the Pro League Tournament for Warcraft 3: Reforged


1. Basic Provisions

1.1. Name: "Pro League"

1.2. Discipline: Warcraft 3: Reforged

1.3. Format: Team Tournament (League)

1.4. Platform: All matches are held on W3Champions


2. Tournament Structure and Format


2.1. The main stage lasts 2 months. All registered teams will be in one group and will play 2 matches with each team (in two rounds). After the end of registration, a schedule for the entire period of the league will be formed.


2.2. Match format:

1 month (first round):

Standard mode (race selection);

Matches are held in BO3 format (4 1v1 matches + 1 2v2 match).

Line-ups from teams are submitted to the league judges no later than 2 hours before the match starts in text form:

Team name, match date, Player 1 - Player nickname (Race), Player 2 - player nickname (Race), Player 3 - Player nickname (Race), Player 4 - player nickname (Race), Players 2v2 - players' nicknames (Race);


Substitution of players (line-up), after the set time, is permitted by agreement with the league judge. The substitution player must be registered for the team;

1v1 mappool: Last Refuge (LR), Hammerfall (HF), Twisted Meadows (TM), Terenas Stand LV(TS), Shallow Grave (SG), Echo Isles 2.0 (EI 2), SpringTime (ST);

2v2 mappool: Circle of Fallen Heroes, Gnoll Wood (GW), Hellfire Plateau (HP), Hillsbrad Creek (HC), Lost Temple (LT), Turtle Rock (TR), Twisted Meadows (TM);

Bo3 Bans: A-BB-A, Picks: B-A-C, where C is a neutral map, A is a player whose team is higher than the opponent's team in the tournament rating, B is a player whose team is lower in the league rating;

Points are calculated according to the following system: for a 2-0 win in a match (3 points to the team whose player won) for a 2-1 win (2 points to the team whose player won, 1 point to the losing team for winning one game). If an individual player does not show up for a clan war, a 2-0 win in his match is awarded to the opponent. 2nd month (second round): All Random mode;

Matches are held in the BO1 ATR format (4 players from each team, who play in turns for elimination.

Line-ups from teams are submitted to the league judges no later than 2 hours before the match in text form:

Team name, match date, Player 1 (the player starting the first game), Player 2 - player nickname, Player 3 - player nickname, Player 4 - player nickname;

War Hail (WH), Scrimmage (SM), Yharnam (YN), Boulder Vale (BV); Pine Barrens (PB), Icemond Burlums (IB), Devils Forest (DF);

Bo1 bans: A-BB-AA-B, where A is the player whose team is higher than the opponent's team in the tournament rating, B is the player whose team is lower in the league rating; Points are counted according to the system: for a victory on the map (2 points to the team whose player won) in case of failure of an individual player to appear for the clan war, victory in his match is awarded to the opponent.


2.2. Determining the winners: - The winners are determined by the sum of points for the entire tournament - Prize money is distributed among all participating teams


2.3 Additional information: The race cannot change within one BO3; If the organizer (referee) wanted to participate in the game and announced this, then you must wait for him; Additional spectators, except for the organizers, direct participants of the clan war and official streamers, are not allowed in the matches. Views via FLO; Before starting the game, leave the standard delay of 180 seconds; If one player disconnects during the game before the 3rd minute, the game is replayed automatically. If the game is broken off at a later stage, the decision to replay is made by the judges.


3. Rosters and transfers


3.1. Team roster: - Key players: from 4 players per team; - One player can represent only one team per season


3.2. Roster registration: - no later than 3 days before the tournament starts via Discord - Submission format: [Pro League] Team: [Name] Team roster: [Nicknames and player races] Captain: @DiscordID


3.3. Transfer window: - Opens once between seasons (5 calendar days) - Rules: - You can sign up to 2 new players; - You can exchange 1 player (with mutual consent); - A player can change teams only once per window; - Registration procedure: - Applications are submitted in #transfers Discord - Format: [TRANSFER] Team: [Name] Arrival: [Nickname] (from [team]/free agent) Departure: [Nickname] (if any) Captain: @DiscordID


4. Technical requirements


4.1. Mandatory conditions: - Use of the official W3Champions client. If this is not possible (W3C problems), games can be played on Battle.net; - Interface modifications and macros are prohibited.


4.2. Communication: - All participants must be members of the official Discord server - Discord nicknames: [Team] Nick (Role)


5. Prize pool and awards


5.1. Prize distribution: - The prize pool is divided between all teams proportionally to the places taken


5.2. Additional nominations: - MVP of the season (unique Discord role) - Best Comeback (special role in Discord)


6. Violations and sanctions


6.1. Violation types:

- Late submission of the team roster (penalty 1 point)

- Unauthorized transfers (penalty 6 points)

- Unsportsmanlike behavior (disqualification)


6.2. Appeals:

- Submitted within 1 hour after the match


7. Final provisions

7.1. The organizers reserve the right to:

- Make changes to the regulations with 6+ hours' notice

- Disqualify participants for serious violations

7.2. Participation in the tournament means agreement with all points of the regulations

7.3. The organizers and judges of the tournament have the right to make any decisions on issues that are not specified in these regulations, based on the principle of "fair play".


Note: All updates to the regulations are published in the official Discord channel of the tournament. Team captains are responsible for familiarizing their players with the changes.
