Fortnite Frenzy Fridays (7/26) 

Friday nights at Esports Arena will feature a tournament for the battle royale mode of Fortnite. There will be a 15-and-Under bracket starting at 5:00 pm, and our main bracket starting at 8:00 pm (players need to be 13 or older in order to take home prize money). The top competitors throughout our 3rd season will be competing to represent their location in our season finals, and to be crowned our Season 3 Champion. The Season 3 Champions will get a chance to compete in a Code Red tournament with a prizepool of $15k! Each league night, the 15-and-Under players will be competing for swag, and the Main bracket will be competing for a prize pool of $100 (minimum 10 entrants).  <h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:8pt;background-color:#ffffff;">Overview:</h3>Entry: <ul><li>$15 to enter 15-and-Under tournament (playing for swag prizes)</li><li>$15 to enter the Main tournament (playing for $100, minimum of 10 entrants)</li></ul>Time: <ul><li>15-and-Under Tournament: 5:30 - 7:30 pm (OC/OAK ends at 7:00)</li><li>Main Tournament: 7:30 - 11:00 pm (OC/OAK starts at 7:00)</li></ul>Dates: 7/12, 7/19, 7/26, 8/2, 8/9, 8/16, 8/23 (double points), 8/30 (double points) <h4 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:8pt;background-color:#fbfbfb;">Rewards</h4>Each night, the 15-and-Under players will be competing for swag, and the Main bracket will be competing for a prize pool of $100 (Minimum 10 entrants)  Nightly Prize Distribution:(10 Players or more)1st 60%2nd 30%3rd 10% Players who are under 13 are not eligible for cash payout. Store hours or swag prizes will be given instead. If there are less than 10 players, swag prizes or store hours will be given out. Players that place in the top 8 each night of the main tournament will also earn points that count towards their Season 3 rank. We will go through the following list to break a tie between players:<ul><li>1. Match History (The result of the most recent match between the tied players will break the tie)</li><li>2. Most Recent Placement</li><li><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;"> a. If the players have no match history then it will go to the most recent placement in the same bracket.</li><li>      b. If they have not been in the same bracket, then we will look at each player’s most recent bracket, first looking at placement, and then if necessary break the tie by the size of each bracket (with a larger bracket being worth more).</li><li> </li></ul>Here is a breakdown of the Season 3 rewards for place in the top 3 at your location: <ul><li>3rd Place - Choice of standard Esports Arena apparel item, 10 in-store free hours</li><li>2nd Place - Choice of standard Esports Arena apparel item, 10 in-store free hours, an invitation to compete in the Esports Arena Season 3 FNF finals (an online tournament between all Esports Arena locations - August 30th)</li><li>1st Place - Custom Esports Arena Jersey, Choice of standard Esports Arena apparel item, 10 in-store free hours, an invitation to compete in the Esports Arena Season 3 FNF finals (an online tournament between all Esports Arena locations - August 30th)</li></ul> Finals - August 30thThe top two ranking players in season points from each location will compete against each other in a duos tournament to become the Season 3 Champions. Seeding will be determined by the total points of the top player in each duo, with ties being broken by turnout throughout the league (with locations that have had higher turnout winning the tie-breaker). The Season 3 Champions will also be invited to compete in a Code Red tournament with a prizepool of $15k!  Points accumulate over the 8 week period, and are awarded each league night.  will have until 7:30 (7:00 in OC) to get the highest-scoring game. The 
player with the single game with the highest eliminations (eliminations 
between games do not accumulate) will walk away the champion for the night. Main tournamentEach
 Player will be matched up with an opponent and queue together as a Duo 
(OC does a Duo tournament, so players will be matched in squads). 
Placement does not matter, the objective is to get more eliminations 
than your opponent in each game. Competitors will play two games, and 
the player with the higher combined score from the two games advances in
 the bracket. A player is not allowed to obstruct their duo partner in 
any way. Tournament officials can review game replay files if necessary,
 and tournament officials can decide if a match needs to be either 
replayed or forfeited. Tie BreakerIf
 both players are tied in kills after 2 games, a third game will be 
played. The player that gets 5 kills first, wins the tiebreaker and the 
match. If neither player gets 5 kills, then the player with the highest 
kills wins. If the players are still tied in the third game then a 
fourth tiebreaker game will be played with the same rules. This is 
repeated until a winner is determined. Avoid Dropping with your Opponent:<ul><li>-
 For Game 1, while the players are in the loading lobby, the player that
 is displayed on top in the bracket needs to mark on the map where they 
will drop. The player that is displayed on the bottom in the bracket 
then marks on the map where they will drop, and it needs to be in a 
different area than the first player.</li><li>- As a rule-of-thumb for 
how far apart the players should drop: if the first player chooses to 
land in Tilted Towers, the second player should land further away than 
Loot Lake, or Shifty Shafts, but as a courtesy, try to land on different
 halves of the map.</li><li>- For Game 2, The player that is displayed on the bottom in the bracket will choose their landing spot first.</li><li>If both players agree before the match, they may drop closer, or even within the same location.</li><li>After the first circle has finished closing, it is legal for players to move to the same area as their opponent.</li></ul>No Sabotage<ul><li>- Do not destroy the opponent&#39;s builds. This will result in a deduction of 1 elimination from your score (-1 point)</li><li>- No running over an opponent with vehicles (-1 point)</li><li>-
 No stealing opponent’s loot. The player that gets the elimination (the 
person who knocked the enemy player) has rights to the defeated player’s
 loot. If a player is obviously setting down loot in order to heal, etc.
 do not take that loot. (-1 point)</li><li>- No walling in opponents (penalty at TO’s discretion)</li><li>-
 No stealing vehicles. A player that gets into a vehicle first, owns 
that vehicle. Even if the player gets out of the vehicle, you may not 
take it. Only if the player gets into a 2nd vehicle is it clearly 
established that you may now take the first vehicle. (penalty at TO’s 
discretion)</li></ul>Additional Player Responsibility: <ul><li>- It is a player&#39;s responsibility to call any form of misconduct in their matches.</li><li>- All players must have replays on</li><li>- Players must stay in after they die to spectate opponent</li><li>-
 Players must keep a calm level mindset. I.E. No: aggressive attitude, 
slurs, threats, bullying, forms of aggression that can be viewed as 
hostile. Penalties may range from a verbal warning to disqualification 
and will be determined by the staff - based on the situation.</li></ul>Cheating/Hacking &amp; Glitches: Any
 players found exploiting glitches or cheating in-game will forfeit the 
match, and may even be disqualified from the tournament (offense will be
