Deutschsprachige Meisterschaft - Age of Empires 4

The "Deutschsprachige Meisterschaft" (German-speaking Championship) was created by the "AoE IV to Go" team.

The Tournament will be the regional Championship of Germany, Switzerland and Austria. It will feature a Double Elimination System that leads into GSL-Groups. Four Players will reach the final stage of the tournament. New Maps will await Viewers and Players!

The event wil be limited to 128 players and open to register for people from Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

---Format---

1 versus 1

Phase 1: Double Elimination Pools

Players will be seeded into four Pools. In each Pool a double Elimination bracket will be played. The Winnerbracket-Winner and the Looserbracket-Winner Advance towards the GSL Group Stage.

Phase 2: GSL Group Stage

The eight players advancing will be split into two GSL Groups. Four Players will Advance into the final stage of the Tournament.

Phase 3: Finals

Four remaining Players will be playing a semifinals, a 3rd Place Match and of course the Grand Final.
