The player with the higher seed will strike first. Players may strike from the starter stages (each person strikes stages in a 1-2-1 format) to determine the stage for the first game.
Players may choose to agree to go to any stage on this list instead of striking
Every subsequent game, the winning player bans any two stages from combined Starter and Counter pick stage lists. The loser then choses the stage from the remainder.
