1. Bracket will be a standard double-elimination bracket: the majority of the tournament being played in best-of-three sets, with the exception of winners, losers, and grand finals being played in best-of-five sets.

2. After a game has been played, the loser is allowed to swap characters, while the winner must remain with the character they won with(applies only to each individual set).

3. As this is a tournament in an online setting w/ delay-based netcode, the tournament will be region locked to areas near or on the west coast only(see region map below) and connection tests will be required prior to the start of the bracket to hopefully prevent excessive lag in matches. If connection exceeds 4 frames of delay/is not stable, you will not be allowed to participate. You also MUST BE WIRED TO PARTICIPATE, no wi-fi allowed period.

4. Payout will be top 3 only, 60/30/10 cut for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively.
