soku celebration! Signpups close Saturday, December 26th at 2:00 PM EST 
(19:00 UTC).  Tourney will start 30 minutes after signups close. Tourney
 channels in the #tourney-channel on the #hisouten discord, which can be joined through the 
link in the description. Arrive 30 to 45 minutes early if possible. If you are not checked in before 2:00 PM EST, you will not be eligible to enter. There are NO EXCEPTIONS 
to this rule. Note to players: PLEASE do not disallow spectators! Prize: All money donated by the players in Matcherino, divided as follows:1st - 50% 2nd - 24% 3rd - 10% 4th - 6% 5th - 3% / 3% 7th - 2% / 2% There might also be various raffle prizes contributed by the community, so stay tuned.  tournament will have 2 stages. First, players will be sorted into 
groups. Players will play a double elimination tournament within their 
group. The first place finisher will move on to the elimination stage in
 Winners, while the 2nd place finisher will move on in the Loser&#39;s 
Bracket. Rules: *&#34;Unplayable&#34; games will be decided 
by coin flip. Unplayable is defined as both 
players being unable to connect by any means, or by the presence of 
significant lag (using 60fps at delay 5 for reference). A player found 
as a repeat offender for having an unplayable connection can be 
disqualified at the discretion of the TO. *Each set will be played as a best of 3, other than winner&#39;s/loser&#39;s/grand finals in the final stage, which are best of 5. *You
 are allowed to switch characters between games and during a set. If 
both players wish to change characters in a set, the winner of the 
previous game will choose first. The first game of a set can be a double
 blind pick if requested.
