Lobby Schedule

Players will be hosting and running their lobbies. High seed will be the Eagle team and host the lobby for the entire series. Unless contacted by an admin they should begin their game immediately. The series score should be submitted in Matcherino and players can advance and start their next match in the winners or losers bracket. Players have 10 minutes to form the lobby and start their game from the time.

Seeding

Seeding will be determined by LVT Productions after all competitors have signed up. Once they have been determined, they can be found on Matcherino’s tournament page.

Connectivity & Internet Issues

NAT Type Errors

If players are unable to join because of reasons such as NAT type errors, please contact an @admin to help resolve the issue. If the NAT error is unresolved after 10 minutes from the first attempted start of the game, the team having issues must forfeit the match.

Player Disconnections

If players disconnect less than 1 minutes into the game, the game will be ended and replayed from the beginning, resetting the scores. If a player disconnects after the 1 minute mark, the game will be resumed with the scores at the time of disconnection. If a disconnect happens at a time in which an admin deems the match to be not winnable for one team, the match will have a determined winner by @admin.

Lagging

If a player’s connection to the server becomes unreasonable during a game, the game must still be played. After the game is over, efforts can be made by the player to try and fix their connection and will be allotted 10 minutes to do so. This can include restarting their console, PC, game, or internet. The results of the finished game will still stand.

Contact an @admin if this occurs.

Media

By signing up to play, you agree that any of the information provided may be used during a live broadcast or in pre/post-produced content on media platforms underneath LVT Productions and Matcherino branded accounts. This includes any content created via your own streaming platform accounts. It also gives LVT the right to include up to 2 in-game spectators in your games in coordination with the live broadcast. Your information will otherwise not be sold or distributed.

If you wish to learn more about or get involved in the production of the broadcast and any other pre-post produced content, please contact @leadership in the discord.

Code of Conduct

Racist, sexist, homophopic, inappropriately graphic, discriminatory or violent multimedia content and/or comments will not be tolerated, nor will any forms of cheating. If anyone witnesses or becomes aware of this kind of behavior, they are encouraged to direct message any @admin so it may be addressed appropriately. Members found behaving as such will be ejected from the tournament.

Cheating

Cheating is defined by, but not limited to the following. If found guilty of any of these, the team will forfeit the game in which the offense occurred.

Stream Sniping - Monitoring or being given information from an opposing Player’s Twitch stream or the Streamer’s channel during matches.

Third Party Adapters - No 3rd party controllers or adapters, such as mnk adapters, that give an unfair advantage to the player using it.

Account Sharing - Fielding a non-rostered player on a rostered player’s account.

Glitching Outside Boundaries - Moving outside of the normal boundaries includes but is not limited to the part of the character’s body passing through what should be a non permeable surface or object, and moving into any area from which your character registers shots on an opponent who is not able to register shots on your character.

Skill Equity - Players must be registered and playing using the software and hardware that reflect, to the best of their ability, their current skill. (i.e. All accounts must be players ‘main account’ - no smurf or alternate accounts are allowed)

Deliberate Disconnection - Any attempt or successful deliberate disconnection to abuse the ‘Player Disconnections’ rule will result in a loss and possible ejection from the tournament.

Software Modulation - No 3rd party software that change the game state of Halo Infinite, such as “wall hacks”, “Aim Hacks”, that give an unfair advantage to the player using it.

Disciplinary Action

Participation in the tournament is an acknowledgement and agreement to comply with Code of Conduct rules and this rulebook. If anyone is found violating anything listed in this ruleset or the discord server, @admins reserve the right to take action to resolve the situation that results in a fair outcome as they see fit. Any complaints or concerns about another player’s conduct either in the Discord server, in-match, or on Xbox/PC during is encouraged to discuss the issue in a direct message with an @admin. Please refrain from opening the discussion to an entire channel. This makes it difficult for admins to address the issue promptly and accurately. We want everyone to be treated with respect and will work with you to resolve the situation amicably.

Umbrella Clause

Any situations that arise that are not covered in this rule-set should be brought to the direct attention of @admins. LVT Productions reserve the right to make judgement calls on a case-by-case basis. Your participation signals your compliance with this.
