Match Rules and Workflows

This is a Single Elimination tournament. Each series will be best 2 out of 3 until the Grand Finals where it will be a best 3 out of 5. The bracket will be seeded on a team CR calculated by the average CR of each player’s main character on that team.  Team Captains are responsible for submitting the player and CR information by Friday

The map selection during each series will start with each team banning a map, with the higher seeded team selecting first. The map to be played will then be chosen randomly, and teams will be given 5 minutes to make any adjustments in their compositions. Within a series, maps cannot be played that have already been played during that series until every map in the map pool has been played once

Each match has a maximum duration of 30 minutes. If a match reaches this timer, the match will be deemed a tie and will be treated as such, and both teams will be awarded 1 point.

If a member of one of the competing teams is experiencing technical issues, connection issues or anything that will deem them unable to play after entering the battleground, the respected team mates on the entire team must leave the battleground before the gates of the battleground open. Failure to do so will result in the match resuming and the result of the match counting towards the series results.

It is forbidden to use a player during the event that is not a registered member of your team, failure to comply will result in a penalization such as a re-match, series forfeit or disqualification from the entire event. The penalization will be distributed at the discretion of the tournament administration.
