PUBG Exp. Community Invitational Tournament

Schedule

The tournament is being broken down into 2 separate games of 16 teams (or less depending on sign-ups)

Each bracket will follow the rules below and schedule below.

Sign In: 2:30pm PDT / 5:30 EST

· All Teams please join the discord no later than 2:30pm PDT

· Please join the "Event Help Channel" for the start of the tournament and for updates.

· Please test your access to your team’s tournament channel

· Any teams not in discord by 2:55pm will be considered no show and removed from tournament

· Official Observer Stream will be online for all matches twitch.tv/pubgexp

Round 1 Match: 3:10pm PDT / 6:10 EST

· All teams will join the custom server the password will be given to the teams via discord before each round. A moderator will come to your channel and tell you the password for the round.

· A short break for everyone to restart their game before next round.

Round 2 Match: Time will vary based on completion of Previous round

· This round is a Rain game type (pending server check)

· There will be a 5 minute break between rounds so people may restart their game and take a quick break and so that we may tally scores.

At the end of these 2 rounds the top 7 teams from each tournament will be sent on the to the tournament final.

Tourney Final Round 1 Match

· Teams will fill in to their respected tournament slots and we will begin game 1 as promptly as possible

Tourney Final Round 2 Match

· Teams will fill in to their respected tournament slots and we will begin game 2 as promptly as possible

· Pending a server check this game will be a rain game

Tourney Final Round 2 Match

· Teams will fill in to their respected tournament slots and we will begin game 3 as promptly as possible

· Each team will have a discord channel assigned to them via number this will be the same number for your squad in the custom game throughout the tournament. Example: Tourney Team #1 is Squad 1 in the Custom game match room. (This number resets for teams past 25. So tourney team 26 should utilize the #1 spot in their first set of games)

· Any person joining another’s Squads room outside of mods for the event will be banned from future events and their team will forfeit the current event.

· There will be an "Event Help Channel" you will message or join the channel if you have a problem during the event.

Rules:

· No cheats allowed. Cheaters observed with proof will be banned from future events.

· No stream sniping. We recommend all players that plan on streaming set a delay of at least 5 minutes. You can also host the observer stream if you would like during the event or watch on your channel with permission.

· No teaming. No collusion of any kind permitted.

· Teams must use the required discord server for all matches

· If a player disconnects when joining the custom server the game will not be restarted.

· Password for server will be given each round on discord

Team Roster Rules:

· Teams can Sub in up to 3 players

Subs are due 3 days after the posting of team names; rosters will be locked at the end of the 3 day period and no fut

· No player may be taken from another team once team rosters have been announced.·

· No Refunds (there was no entry fee for tournament)

· Teams may insert a sub at the start of the the 1st round or at the start of the final rounds. Under specific circumstances PUBG Exp. holds the right to allow last minute subs when needed.

In-Game Information:

All games will be played with normal settings but we will be disabling the red-zone

All games will be played on the Asia server ( this has been the most stable server to date and will be at an off time during our tournament)

Sponsors are not responsible for disconnects or game errors that occur. This game is still in early access so there is no additional support for stop/restarting matches like in current E-sports.

Event format:

There will be 2 rounds in this tournament.

Round 1:

· There will be 32 teams which will be split into 2 custom games with 16 teams in each.

· These games will be hosted simultaneously

· 2 games will be played in each group.

· The top 8 teams from each server with the highest amount of points will go on to the next round.

Round 2:

· 3 games will be played in this round with the 16 remaining teams from Round 1.

· These 3 games played in Round 2 will determine overall placement in the tournament.

The winner of the final 3 games in points will receive a prize and guaranteed entry into the finals of the next tournament.
