The Masters Cup started in Feb 2011 as a Monthly Cup hosted by and for the SEA region, with many editions open globally. There have been changes to format, eligibility, and frequency over the years (now twice monthly), but it has always been a staple of SC2, particularly in SEA, and a prestigious event to win!
